Happy Cats Long Weekend – The Cattery – Unofficial Geelong Cats Site

North Melbourne Kangaroos vs Geelong Cats, AFL 2022 Round 6 Ben Jensen GEELONG enjoyed a day in Hobart at the weekend, which is easily a North Melbourne team. Jeremy Cameron scored seven goals as Ollie Dempsey’s fan club enjoyed their first AFL game (see tweet below). Fellow forward big Tom Hawkins himself gave up four to share the John Coleman medal with Cameron.

Not as good news elsewhere for the Cats. In the VFLW on Saturday, the Cats were beaten by the Casey Demons, scoring just one goal and losing by 43 points. The VFL men’s team had a bye, robbing players such as Sam Menegola of playing time. Off the pitch, it looks like Patrick Dangerfield could return this weekend against Fremantle despite rumors he was facing a lengthy spell out with a combination of injuries.
