Sage is a little black and white tuxedo cat just over a year old. She is playful and loves chasing cat toys, but she especially loves human attention and pets! His favorite activity is to be brushed.
Sage is a naturally friendly, yet cautious cat. With a little time and effort, her trust and affection can be easily earned. She will make a fantastic addition to a calmer household and provide a lifelong bond to her new owners. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and negative for FIV and FeLV. You can see Sage at our partner PetSmart cattery in South Eugene, 2858 Willamette St. Call 541-225-4955 option 1, or visit CatRescues.org for more information.

Meet the adorably handsome and sweet pup, DeeOhGee! He is an 8 year old medium mixed breed with gorgeous blonde and cream fur. He was first brought to the shelter by animal protection officers after being abandoned. He was in poor physical condition with a dirty, matted coat, twisted nails overgrown and fearful of being handled. After some time settling in and a visit to the groomer, he is much more comfortable and has started to learn to trust people. Due to his difficult life before coming to the shelter, he is looking for a patient and calm family who will give him space and time to get comfortable in his new environment. Our staff said that once he gets to know you he’s a clumsy older boy who loves to run around and play with toys!
DeeOhGee prefers being around mature adults and living as the only pet in the home. His idea of a home would be with a retired family, with someone who works from home, or with a human being who can spend a lot of time with him. He weighs between 25 and 30 pounds, is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. DeeOhGee has come a long way and we know that once he is home with a loving family, he will thrive!
The Greenhill Humane Society is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 88530 Green Hill Road in Eugene. For more information, call 541-689-1503 or visit green-hill.org.
