£ 15,000 fundraising for the charity Fife
He received a grant of £ 15,161 from Support Adoption For Pets, the UK’s largest animal charity grant.
The money will go towards their rescue boarding costs.
Fife Cat Shelter is run by a dozen volunteers from two private boarding schools and foster homes.
Cats are mainly taken to the rescue due to a change of owner, but the rescue also takes care of stray animals.

Margaret Kidd, of the shelter, said: “The grant will benefit our branch by covering part of our boarding costs for the cats we rescue, rehabilitate and relocate.
“The cost of providing the best care for the animals we welcome can often add up, so this is where the grant will help us a lot and we are extremely grateful to the Support Adoption For Pets team. “
Laura Messenger, Grant Funding Coordinator at Support Adoption For Pets, said: “It is a real privilege to be able to help such an important organization that works tirelessly to care for and relocate animals in need.
“They are doing an amazing job, and we are delighted to be able to support them so that they can continue to help more animals in need.”
In 2006 Pets at Home founded the Support Adoption For Pets charity.
Since then he has helped over 1,000 relocation centers and animal welfare organizations across the UK. In addition to his fundraising work, he also runs dedicated adoption centers in Pets at Home stores.
